Instrument Purchase
Guidelines:
· We purchase guitars, basses,
amplifiers, banjos, mandolins, violins, resonator instruments, effects pedals,
PA equipment
· We must see the instrument to
determine value
· Value
of the instrument will be determined by the Orion Musical Instrument Blue Book’s published
wholesale value
· You must provide a valid driver’s
license or other legal means of photo identification and complete our purchase
agreement stating that you are the owner of the instrument purchased
· We reserve the right to refuse to
purchase any instrument
Consignment
Services:
The value of the
instrument will be determined by the Orion Musical Instrument
Blue Book’s published used retail value.
· You must provide a valid
driver’s license or other legal means of photo identification and complete our
Consignment Agreement stating that you are the owner of the instrument placed on
consignment
· Fee is 20% of sale price
if sold through our retail storefront
· If placed on eBay, fee
is 20% of sale price plus all eBay and Paypal fees
· We handle the entire
eBay process, from listing all the way to shipping.
· eBay listing fees
charged to us will be charged whether item sells or not
· A check for the sale
price, less our commission and all fees, will be issued to you within 7 days of
sale
· If instrument is not
sold, it can be picked up at any time, as long as any outstanding fees are
paid
